How to use this filters
Just copy the VDF file and any HTML files over to
the VirtualDub plugins directory to use the filters.
VirtualDub will then load the filter automatically 
when you start it.

This filter is releases as is under the GNU licence
it comes with no warranty or guaranty of any sort
that it will work.
