Position a pop‑up menu in a document

Use position options to specify where the pop‑up menu appears relative to the triggering image or link. You can also specify whether the menu disappears when the user moves the pointer away from the trigger.

  1. In the Show Pop‑Up Menu dialog box, click the Position tab.
  2. Set the location of the pop‑up menu in one of these ways:

    • Select one of the preset options.

    • Specify a location by typing vertical and horizontal coordinates in the X and Y boxes, respectively. The coordinate origin is the upper-left corner of the menu.

  3. To hide the pop‑up menu when the pointer is not over it, select Hide Menu onMouseOut Event. Otherwise, the menu stays in view.
  4. Click OK.
