Selecting the connection key settings

The Export Connection Wizard (Windows) or Export Connection Assistant (Mac OS) lets you send your current connection information or customize your existing settings as needed for use by other permission groups.

 Select one of the following:

  • Click Yes if want to send your current connection settings, unaltered.

  • If you are using FTP or SFTP to connect to the website, you can select the Include my FTP username and password option so that users are not prompted to enter their individual FTP user name and password.

    If you select this option, the next screen that appears lets you select the permission group to send the connection to.

  • Click No to modify your connection settings before you send the connection.

    If you select this option, the next panel of the Export Connection Wizard lets you select the method users will use to connect to the website.
