Using the Browse For Image dialog box

Use the Browse For Image dialog box to find an image on the Internet, and add it to your website or blog entry.

  1. Browse to the URL that contains the image file.

    Note: You cannot select a folder to insert as an image in a Contribute page.
  2. Click the navigation buttons in the toolbar in the dialog box as necessary:

    Note: In Mac OS, the navigation icons do not have labels. If you need help identifying an icon, position the pointer over the icon to see a tooltip.
    Back
    Returns to the previous page.

    Forward
    Advances a page.

    Stop
    Cancels the page download.

    Refresh
    updates your view of the page.

  3. Click OK to select the image file from the Internet.

    The image file from the Internet is inserted in the draft.

    Note: When you insert the image in a page, the selected image is not downloaded to your local computer.
