V. 0.3.1 - Bugs fixed:

- While encoding/decoding if a user changed the current directory the program sometimes posted a

failure message at the end of the encoding/decoding although the resulting file(s) was (were)

created successfully (console-GUI interaction natural difficulties).

- The uppercase graphical extensions were not recognized in the "Open folder" button window and

in the drag'n'drop feature.

- Provided the empty filelist: after pressing the "Convert" button the help file was not found - 

after pressing the "Help" button.

- After pressing "Reset all options" button the interface language dropdown did not switch

the language.
