Record Animation Dialog Box |
The Record Animation dialog box has the following options:
Specifies the first value for the built-in FRAME variable. Each value of FRAME generates a separate frame in the animation sequence.
Specifies the last value for the built-in FRAME variable.
Controls the default rate at which the animation is played back. Since you can adjust the playback speed when you play the animation, this value is important only when you want to add a soundtrack to your animation.
Begins recording the animation. This button is grayed out until you select a region in your worksheet to animate.
Saves a recorded animation as a Windows AVI file.
Opens a dialog box presenting numerous options relating to which compression method to use to save your animation.
Shows the value of FRAME corresponding to the picture in the box above it.
Displays successive frames from your animation sequence as they are recorded. The frames may take a few moments to display the first time. After that, you can play them back much more quickly.
This box is empty until you select a region to animate and click the "Animate" button.
