Inserting and Deleting Blank Lines

Inserting Blank Lines

1. Click in the blank area where you want to insert extra space.
2. Press [Enter] as many times as there are blank lines to insert.

You can also insert a number of blank lines by right-clicking in a blank space between regions. Choose Insert Lines then enter the number of lines to insert.

Deleting Blank Lines

1. Click in the blank area above the space you want to delete.
2. Press [Delete] as many times as there are blank lines to delete.

You can also delete a number of lines by right-clicking in blank space between regions. Choose Delete Lines. The maximum number of deletable lines appears in the box. You can use this number or enter the number of lines to delete.
