Searching Through an E-book

The table of contents for an E-book can be reached by choosing the "House" button in the E-book toolbar along the top of the Book window.

You can also search for every occurrence of a text string:

1. Click the "Search" button on the E-book toolbar.

2. Type the text in the Search text box. As you type, the scrolling list displays words that closely match the letters you type.

3. Click the "Search" button. Mathcad shows the sections that have those words indexed.

4. To open a section, click on its title in the Found list and click on the "Go to Section" button.

5. The "Next" button takes you to the next occurrence of the text. This button becomes unavailable when you reach the last entry.

6. Clicking the "Previous" button scrolls back to previous entries.
