Remote Sites
With a virtual private network (VPN) remote site configuration, clients can connect to remote sites using a VPN site-to-site connection.

In the first step for remote site configuration, you create a VPN remote site network, specifying network IP addresses, VPN traffic protocols, authentication settings, and allowed networks. After defining a network, you specify an authentication type (Windows or RADIUS), address assignment methods, and authentication methods.

For VPN clients to connect to remote sites, you must enable VPN client access and define VPN client properties. In addition, access rules and network rules must allow traffic between VPN clients and the remote site network.
