Installation
----------------------------------------------------------------

Installing Individual Products in Norton SystemWorks
======
Individual products must be installed through the Norton 
SystemWorks install only.  If you attempt to launch the NAV.MSI 
file manually, you will get an error message stating that you 
don't have the proper administrative privileges (the exact text 
may be different, depending on the operating system).

Norton Ghost
======
If you already have Norton Ghost Standard (or Professional) 
version 6.0 or higher installed on your system, Norton 
SystemWorks will not install this version of Norton Ghost 
Personal Edition.

GoBack Personal Edition by Roxio
======
We recommend that you install GoBack only from the CD. If you
have to install from a local drive, you must copy the
entire contents of the Support folder, not just the
GoBack folder to the root of your hard drive (do not copy the
CD to a subfolder). Otherwise, you will run into installation
problems.

Uninstall
----------------------------------------------------------------

To uninstall Norton SystemWorks

Click Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs. 
Select "Norton SystemWorks".

Depending on your operating system, select one of the 
following choices:

a. On Windows 9x/Me

Click the Add/Remove button and select the "Remove" option 
to uninstall Norton SystemWorks.

b. On Windows 2000

You will see two buttons, Change and Remove. The Remove button 
cannot be selected and will be grey. Click the Change button and
select the "Remove" option to uninstall Norton SystemWorks.

c. On Windows XP 

You will see one button, Change.
Click the Change button and select the "Remove" option to 
uninstall Norton SystemWorks.

Connection Keep Alive
----------------------------------------------------------------

For Connection Keep Alive to work properly, ensure that you do 
not have the Auto-Disconnect option or Hangup if Idle option 
enabled for your Dial-Up Networking Connection.
