   If you get a MSVBVM60.DLL required error then this application requires VB 6.0 Runtimes to 
   execute. By chance , if you do not have them then please download them from this URL 
   in three or four minutes: http://www.simtel.net/vbrun.html 
   (VB6 Runtime Modules Self-installing) 
   Setup2.exe (Speech API.dll). Available with this setup please install it first. 
   Setup3.exe (Speech Recognition Engine). (Install the one with the package or mail us for the     list to acquire one) 
   NOTE : The speech engine is legally licensed from Microsoft. 
   You are not allowed in any way to transfer or violate the EULA . 
   Win 98/ Win NT/ Win 2000 / Windows Me / Windows XP 
   Internet Explorer 5.0+ or Internet Browser for HTML files.

Setup Process...

   Start Windows - WinZip - Find Download Vexp00#.Zip on your Windows Operating System 
   NOTE : The speech engine that will be installed is legally licensed from Microsoft. You are    not allowed in any way to transfer or violate the EULA. 
   Speech Engine v4.0 
   Install using /setup.exe/. Installation is quite friendly and easy to setup. 
   Installation program will install the necessary Voice Explorer Files on your system
   You may then run VoiceExplorer.exe 
   At the first execution the VoiceExplorer.exe will do some observations and run setup2.exe and    setup3.exe automatically. 
   Installation program will install the necessary apis.dll on your system so that
   the coming up engine is smoothly installed. 
   Installation program will install the necessary Microsoft Speech Engine 
   Please accept the agreements of Microsoft.  
   After all the files are setup properly you may re-execute VoiceExplorer.exe to start the    program. 
   Menu is available upon right/left mouse click on the task bar icon. 
   You may start evaluating the app. 
   Uninstall is available via desktop links or via from Control Panel/Add-Remove Programs

WHAT ARE THE LIMITATIONS DURING EVALAUTION ?

After evalaution period of 7 days is over, the license 
will terminate also disabling some features of the 
application like "save" dictation. Also the speech engine 
performs best upon retail functionality.
