YnHub 1.03 Changelog.

This isn't a all accurate changlog and there are minor changes/fixes that isn't stated below.. 
however these are the most important changes in 1.03


Fixes:
Access violations in banlist
Minor memory leak in MySQL userstats fixed
MMX requirement removed

Feature/Updates:
Core has been changed to "crashclose" sockets when closing the application when running => connection reset instead of disconnected (a graceful disconnect, which made some clients disable reconnect)
MCTo is now checked to make sure contain a correct mainchat message even when profile allow no nickcheck.
Spam abuse messages are divided into categories allowing specific messages for different abuses
Added query to error message on MySQL exception
Command visibility on Hub commands
Junkdata spam control
Possibilty to match any Nick/IP/DNS/Client ban against their banlist
XML-file auto reload
Unblock/Unmute/Unkenny/Unlunarize now works on singel users in userstats
GUI has been updated to allow XP-themes

Feed group control moved from general settings to each profile
Full UserIP2 support
Tells what character didn't match when checking nick against allowed characters
Added trafficstats (ts). Available types are Search, SR, Connect, NickList, MyINFO, MC, PM, Data, BW
