Print web page with frames

If a web page you want to print has frames, you can choose which frames to print by using on the Option tab of the Print dialog box available from the File menu of Internet Explorer. EPSON Web-To-Page can scale down the size of each frame as shown below for each setting.

Note:
If the colors of Web pages are not accurately reproduced in preview images or printouts, select Internet Options from the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click the Advanced tab, then select the Print background colors and images check box.

Print web page without frame

If the screen size is smaller than the printable area of paper, a web page is printed in its actual size.

If the screen size is larger than the printable area of paper, the web page is printed so that the width of the pages fit within the width of paper. The contents that vertically do not fit in the first page will be printed on the next page.

Print web page with frames

If a web page consists of multiple frames, set the print area option on the Options tab of the Print dialog box.

Note:
The screenshot shown above is taken from Windows XP. The design varies slightly depending on your operating system.

When "As laid out on screen" is selected

If the screen size is smaller than the printable area of paper, a web page is printed in its actual size.

If the screen size is larger than the printable area of paper, a web page is scaled down to fit within the width of the printable area of the paper.

When "Only the selected frame" is selected

If the screen size is smaller than the printable area of paper, the selected frame is printed in its actual size.

If the screen size is larger than the printable area of paper, the selected frame is scaled down to fit within the width of the printable area of the paper.

The contents that vertically do not fit in the first page will be printed on the next page.

When "All frames individually" is selected

If each frame is smaller than the printable area of paper, each frame is printed in its actual size individually.

If any frame size is larger than the printable area of paper, the frames are scaled down to fit within the width of the printable area of the paper.

The contents that vertically do not fit in the first page will be printed on the next page.
